No one is ever to young or to old to enjoy the simple pleasure of riding a bike. Cycling is great for fitness, health, transport, recreation and sport – and a great way to explore your local environment!

This City of Canterbury Bankstown hosted event runs for 2 hours and includes a 1-hour cycle skills session followed by a 7km fun ride including guided environmental tour along the Cooks River.

• Registrations essential
• Suitable for all ages
• Please arrive 30 minutes early
• Strictly no training wheels
• Bike and Helmet required
